"I could not be happier with my results from Michelle and Mike and the staff. Awesome customer service and hospitality! They took care of me in ever way and were very professional. They were great to work with and they accommodated my every need for my son’s 13th birthday celebration. It was an amazing experience to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday party there at the lodge! Michelle was phenomenal, and I greatly appreciate EVERYTHING!!!"

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"Enjoyed the event that I attended there as well as the great customer service from the staff. Michelle was an absolute angel, she made setting up a breeze. She went above and beyond and ways you couldn’t imagine."
— Kashanna Hayes
"This place is not a good choice for any sort of party where more than a few people of color will show up. Michelle’s behavior was absolutely disgusting. She was so unwelcoming to guests and complained about everything. She consistently tried to pick fights with guests and created a hostile environment due to the high amount of people of color that were there for the event. She was made aware about the event far in advance and still did not plan accordingly as she was working on “construction” and complaining about the presence of people. Absolutely racist, vile, rude, and pathetic."
— ale
"Not POC friendly. Michelle seemed to have a problem with everything, and took it upon herself to find a new problem every 10 minutes. Yelled at guests repeatedly, and continuously pulled out the event booker several times from the event they were paying for. Was even involved in some construction *directly* behind the building next to the door people needed to use, no signs but took it upon herself to yell at anyone passing by. Complete safety hazard for the kids attending. Also made a pregnant lady walk around the entire building and LAUGHED at her because of it. Horrible worker."

"Listened to the band Nite train, great band to dance and listen to. Like a local Toby Keith! With only a 10 buck cover charge it so much cheaper than going to a concert. Nice laid back atmosphere. Go Elks lodge!"
